I recently purchased the re-release of the 'American Werewolf in London' DVD thinking the extras DVD would be full of loads of stuff about the film. I was pretty disappointed when all I got was two interviews and about 5 minutes of unseen footage with no sound!
Am thinking about buying the Star Wars trilogy on DVD next - is the extra's dvd any good . . anyone?

Also which film in your opinion has the best Extras DVD?

Ive purchased the trilogy with special extras thingy and tbh I havent watched the extras bit but the extra bits in the 3 films are really good and the quality of the films are exceptional I was well pleased with them. Also not sure if you know but some DVD'S have hidden extras called "Easter Eggs" you can goto film sites and they will tell you how to find them and list which films they are on

No Easter Eggs are what you get if you go through a certain sequence of pressing buttons on your remote control to access them. They are sometimes mentioned in film review magazines. I'll be sure to look for E.T next time I watch Phantom Menace (Personally prefer Clones film so far out of the new ones)

I like the attack of the clones better too. I know alot of people slag off The phantom menace but the story had to start somewhere and they had to make it appeal to both young and old.
The lightsabre battle with Darth Maul is awesome at the end. As for Episode 2 - you can see exactly where it's heading! even if Anakins acting is a tad wooden at times. Anyway, love Star Wars and can't wait for the 3rd!!

Was curious so watched 90% of the extra dvd this morning, cant say I learned much and it was mainly everything you've heard before with a myriad of different trailers and pictures, stills etc. I still say best part of those films is the cleaned up picture quality and new bits of film. You do learn that quite a lot was cut from the original "A New Hope".
