I'm thinking of renting around Kenninghall view - Park grange area, just west from Norfolk park... but I've been hearing lately that it is a rough area... though it doesn't look like that to me...
Please give me some advice, as I am foreigner and don't know a lot about the areas around...

its not that bad there now they got rid of most of the trouble when they demolishd the high rises im actually trying 2 get on that area myself theres schools and ammenities and transport and most of the houses are bought now if you get the chance take it good luck xx
and I live at Park Grange too... Overall it's not a bad place to live and getting better. Not much in the way of amenities at the moment and there one or two 'Jeremy Kyle' types about, but on the whole it's fine.
I currently live at Queens Tower near the bottom of Park Grange Road, it seems like a nice enough area but then I'm in a gated area so we don't get much trouble.
I'm thinking of moving a bit further up to a new house in the Kenninghall View development but I'm concerned about the area. I know Norfolk Park is getting better but I've also heard some horror stories.
I want to live somewhere safe and quiet, does anybody live in the development or know what the area is like?
Sorry to restart this old thread again, but I am in a similar position to alice06, and would like to know that as of now in 2011, is the Kenninghall View area a reasonably decent place to live in or is it pretty rough? Any advice from anyone would be appreciated.
@alice06: Did you eventually end up renting there and if so, how was your experience?
Hi smsm. Since you have not had any replies to your query from 2008, maybe you can tell me if you did move to Kenninghall View. I am thinking of renting a flat there and wonder if you could give me advice about how the area is now in 2011 in terms of being rough or not. Thanks.
