Has anyone else being having problems with their ASDL from BT? Mine failed on 24 September. I have spoken to BT on numerous occasions and they are completely useless and no help

My broadband ISP sent me a letter recently saying my exchange (which I think is in Broomhill) was being unbundled from BT (local loop unbundling) week beginning 09/10/06.
On Tue 10/10/06, I had problems getting my router to connect (I presume after the exchange had been unbundled), but a full factory reset on the router, followed by re-entering my username and password details (and entering the correct connection settings), allowed me to browse the Internet again.
