can anyone tell me why if you have got a problem you get told to go to contact the helpdesk but when you do you dont even get a reply?

Ive only ever done this once but I did get a reply back the next day - how long have you been waiting?

when i was banned...twice i got no reply ever
ive had two replies lately for small matters, still took 2 days like

You could always try PM-ing JoeP, Tony or evildrneil (co-admin), and ask them to look into it.

The only help desk call we have from you on the helpdesk is 14th Sepetember, and prior to that one posted on your behalf by Janny on 10th September.
Today is the 17th September, so I acknowledge that we're not within the two days we try and answer calls in.
I had, however, already contacted you once about this matter, by PM, and haven't received anything back from you.
Expect an email from the helpdesk.
