cgksheff   44 #5 Posted September 30, 2015 (edited) The Limitation Act 1980 caps contractual liability at six years.  So what??  You can successfully claim PPI Compensation going back more than six years.  The banks have no obligation to keep their records longer than six years, so you will need your own records for proof, but it can be done.
