I am looking for companies who would be able to do outside catering for two community fairs I am organising in September - we would if possible like companies who use local produce and maybe organic, something a bit different to the usual, to fit in with the heritage/countryside/local culture theme of the events.
Having a bit of trouble finding anyone! Any ideas?
And possibly a licensed bar using local beers! Although that may be asking too much...
