I keep hearing the advert on the radio but now I actually need the info, I've forgotten it! They have been saying about a new law/change to existing letting & renting law that affects landlords. That's all I know and my internet searchs are coming up blank but I don't think I'm going mad.
Can anyone help please or tell me what I'm on about?

It is probably the new laws about rented property on three stories with so many rented rooms (5 I think). There are new regs about fire alarms/escapes and other facilities in multi-occupancy houses.
