i have a car badge and want to know what car its from ?
its a heavy chrome badge that used to sit on radaitor grill like a rolls royce etc,
its a bird that looks like a swift? ps i will try to upload photo,s of badge
would be gratefull for any info

You could try doing a search for any specialist Austin Swallow groups; they'd be the font of all knowledge concerning badges and the like. They might also have links on their sites to the places where they generally obtain stuff like that - you'd be able to get an idea of how rare the badge is and the prices it generally goes for.

EDIT: Check in the classifieds of the classic car magazines too. Is 'Practical Classic' still around?
