Can anyone give me some spots to try out on either the Don or any other river in Sheffield please. Done loads of still water fishing, fancy trying rivers again after some years.

The Rother at Catcliffe (just down the road from Morrisons) is a good local spot. All the pegs have platforms and there are plenty of fish. £2 per day or £10 for the season - tickets available on the bank. Don't forget that you can't fish the rivers until June 16th.
