Who in Gods name is letting off fireworks on Sunday night at 11.00pm?

Don't know if it's an urban myth, but I've heard on more than one occasion that drugs dealers do it when new supplies come in.
Or then again it could be students letting 'em off. Nearly time to 'go home' for a lot of 'em.
