'emergency social services'!!

I just want to have a moan about so called emergency social services, my daughter had her house burned out by her ex in an arson attack. And all day today she has tried to contact them but after 7 calls and 9 hrs waiting for call back eventusaly they get back to her, but if they class their job as emergency god help any person at harm from violence /abuse etc ,

Thats not good i agree but they are massively understaffed and they have their hands full what with their quotas, breaking up happy families and what have you.

Sadly i do know it for a fact. Google "Social services forced adoption" for an idea of what im saying.

What do Social Services do & provide in a situation like this?

Yes thanks she is ok, lost everything though, only got clothes stood up in and ex still on run, she is crapping herself till he gets found, luckily her sis lives nearby to her but as for clothes they wont fit her so i have put add on here for clothes, oh and social sevices are child stealers as i have found out fitrst hand
