Learn to kick, punch with power in weeks, not years. After all you may get attacked next week, so whats the point in being competent in 5 years time ???

What are you a 4th Dan in Rob?
Just curious but what martial arts methods are you employing for this course?

The style is called ' Bu-Lasheet-Do'
Very effective, when wanting gullable members of the public to part with cash, especially when a Black Belt is promised within a few months.
