Hello - we're thinking of moving from Meersbrook area which we love - to maybe Greystones area. This would mean our kids would go to greystones primary and then High Storrs I think (which is better than Newfield!!). Could anyone let me know what's it like in that area( we love endcliffe and bingham parks) and also the issue about High schools are they good etc
Many thanks

anything to stop your kids going to Newfield, i had to move my 2 daughers from that school because they were bullied beyond belief just because they are Goths and not chavs! i ended up sending them down to Abbeydale Grange and they have never looked back, my son had 5 brilliant years there as well.

Any of the primary schools in the area are good and feed into either High Storrs or Silverdale, which I believe are the two top state schools in Sheffield.

Its a lovely area, very quiet and peaceful and great views from my house. Its handy for Banner Cross and the Ecclesall Rd.

I have lived there for 15yrs and my kids went to High Storrs...no serious problems and my kids having moved away from home, really miss Greystones.
