are you being serious dafodil? ive always been a realist, and a sceptic, and have always had a laugh at people who talked about spirits and people who say they can get in touch with people who have (passed over)!. untill six weeks ago. for some strange reason ive developed the gift of being able to get in touch with spirits. i know how this might sound, and i havent got a clue why or how this has happend ,it just has . believe me its not a good feeling infact its scarey. i feel sorry for people who have this gift.

I think someone needs to contact Yorkshire Water as it is perfectly clear that someone has slipped something into the water supply.
Either that or the chemists are giving out E's instead of painkillers.
The only time a majority of people on Foxhill have seen spirits is when passing them on the aisle in Asda

And this is significant in what way exactly? Or are you trying to imply that nuns are more likely to come back as ghosts?

All this talk about ghosts reminds me of a time when I visited friends in Wales.
I went to this church on a Sunday for a Christening and the vicar is doing his service and the subject of ghosts was mentioned.
He said "How many of you believe in ghosts?" About 30 people raised their hands.
"That's a good start I suppose. Those of you who believe in ghosts, how many have actually seen a ghost?" About 10 people raised their hands.
"That's good. I'm really glad you're taking this seriously. Ok, has anyone here ever talked to a ghost?" About 4 people raised their hands.
"That's a great response. Has anyone ever touched a ghost?" Two people raised their hands.
"That's fantastic. But let me ask you one last question... have any of you ever made love to a ghost?"
One person at the back raised his hand and the vicar was astonished.
He removed his glasses, took a step back, and says, "Son, in all the years I've been giving this lecture, no one has ever actually claimed to have slept with a ghost. Why don't you come up here and tell us about it."
So this person replied with a nod and a grin, and begins to make his way up to the podium. The vicar said, "Well, tell us what it's like to have sex with a ghost."
This person replied, "Ghost? Oh... I thought you said 'goats'!"

Only place I have heard of at foxhill is the old mental hospital on saltbox lane. Most active part is the remaining nursing home on there.

you have just jogged my memory about the mental hospital, when we were in the boy scouts we use'd to climb a wall that surrounded this place and we use'd to shout and laugh at the people inside,i cannot describe how bad i feel now, i suppose we didn't know any better then ,but god bless all those poor people that were in there, i will never forgive myself for what i did back then , but i have realised how lucky i am, as my mum use'd to say (but for the grace of god there go I)

I don't believe anything like spooky goings on, but last night it made me wonder......
I was walking near a wooded area and heard some sort of moaning. As I looked I kept seeing a quick flash of white at the side of this tree.
The white looked like a full moon but obviously it couldn't be this as it was to near the ground, and the moon could clearly be seen in the sky.
Could I have just seen the Foxhill ghost?
