Scrubs, the US-based medical comedy show is excellent. Tonight was the last episode of the 2nd series on Sky One. I hope Channel 4 pick this up so it can be shown to a wider audience - the writers are excellent and I hope they go ahead and make a 3rd series.

Anyone else seen this off-the-wall show?

We love it and were very sad to watch the last episode last night. Have just been looking on the internet to see if you can buy the series on DVD, but it doesn't look like it, sadly.

Yeah i like scrubs but my boyfriend doesnt and it happens to be on on a day when i usually see him so i dont get to watch it unless hes pre-occupied. I dont think its very realistic but its very funny and i like all the characters. Theyre all quite original for an american comedy. Hopefully one day i will get to see how realistic it is for myself.

It's repeated on Sunday afternoon, I've just discovered.

The new series seems to be just as good as the previous - which is always a good sign (comedy series generally get worse!).

I only recently discovered it (I only have normal telly and was watching the Friday night C4 broadcasts). I thought it was a cacky old medical drama - I fuggin' hate anything set in hospitals or involving doctors and stuff - but then accidentally watched one episode and laughed my bum off. It's one of the dryest, most sarcastic comedies I've ever seen, which is great, obviously.

When I was in New York in november, I visited the NBC store, it was full of scrubs goodies, but no dvd which I asked about and it's due very soon if its not already been released!
Love the show by the way!

Great news for Scrubs fans - they are making 2 more seasons!

NBC has renewed its hit medical comedy “Scrubs” (Tuesdays, 9:30-10 p.m. ET) for two more seasons through 2005-06, it was announced today by Jeff Zucker, President, NBC Universal Television Group and Kevin Reilly, President, NBC Entertainment. “This show just keeps getting better each season and we’re looking forward to even better things for at another two more years,” said Zucker. “‘Scrubs’ has done everything we’ve asked of it on every level and this renewal is well-deserved.”

Scrubs is way ace, funny, and well done...

Just downloaded two episodes during the night

(downloads Divx is baaad, and shouldn't be tried at home!)

I don't quite like the variation of the title tune they did for season 2... Sounds off compared to the first season version
