Aha I have returned along with my soapbox!
Sat at work bored outta my tree admittedly abusing internet use by coming on here to complain
Slowly coming to the conclusion that job satisfaction is a myth created by disgrunted Careers Guidence Officers just so they can eek some joy out of their own job - thank God for BBC Radio 2 or I wouldve gone on a mad rampage by now!
Pretty sure everyones gonna say "well get a new job then!!" I intend on doing so believe me playing the graduate card cos a hippy working in a lab aint my thing. Has anyone else noticed how thin the Thursday Star is getting tho? There used to be a hell of a lot more than 5 pages of jobs Im sure!!!
Oh well back to the grind stone at least Im going to the pub later to wind down from all the relentless tedium

When you reply theres a symbol above the box you type in with an 'A' on it underlined in black, click it and change it to pink.
Hmm, try unpaid overtime

Ive just been loiterin sweetie and all this workin hard and no play has taken its toll on rampant internet use
Been busy at Uni having to retake a module while at work hence all the overtime making up time when Im not at work a joyous 4 and a half hours. Doin 8.30 till 6pm is a chuffing nightmare but at least I go to kickboxing after and vent a little frustration!!

Anybody here had to sign a form exempting you from the working time directive? It was the first form I had to sign when I started my new job in January. The last time sheet I handed in was 78 hours for the week - add on about another 7 hours for travelling to and from work and it's becoming a bit of a life hijack. OK, the extra cash looks nice sat in the bank account, but what good is it when there's no time to spend it?
