Hello,

I need to get an Android phone, but my contacts are all in Apple iCloud. Is it possible to sync my Apple iCloud contacts on an Android phone? Would I need a special app for that?

Google uses gmail to sync its contacts, you can sync you icloud contacts to a gmail account then when you get your android phone set it up with the gmail acc. you set up, enable sync and it will sync your contacts.

This explains a bit how to do it, if you read between the lines.
