Millions needed? Or just a great manager?

Huddersfield 1 game away from prem and their budget was lower than rotherhams who finished rock bottom

So my view is a great manager is more important than just blowing cash and having a team thats not together

To answer the question - to get to the Prem you need money, luck, a good manager, teamwork, infrastructure etc etc. No one thing guarentees it.

Money can help but it doesn't guarantee success.

Team spirit is more important - all you have to do is look at teams like Huddersfield and the Blades. Both teams are on minimal budgets but have been successful due to the quality of their management.

Where it really works is when you combine a healthy budget with a strong team ethic. The high fliers in the PL prove this.
