Help installing an app.

I was on my mobile: galaxy S4

I was asked by a delivery company's app to enter a code number to confirm my email address.

To access the code I had to open my e mail account.

I couldn't see how to get back into the app to enter the code and had to start again and hope the code was still valid.

Can sks tell how to access an e mail account whilst keeping the app page?

If you swipe the email notification down from the top of the screen you should be able to preview the email without closing the app. Usually works
