PeteMorris   10 #1 Posted September 30, 2016 Now and again, I watch Sky News, usually in the wee small hours when I can't sleep. Anyway, I can't help noticing lately that there's background noise. Sort of office environment chatter. People laughing and just general banter that goes on (presumably) in an office.  I'm wondering if it's intentional? Added artificially? Or they don't realise it's happening?  I find myself being somewhat distracted by it. Not really sure if it's irritating or adds to the ambiance of the delivery.  For all I know, it's been happening since it's inception, but I've only just noticed it. I know on the BBC and ITV it doesn't happen. Apart from the magazine type programs occasionally.
 Share this content via...
