i mite go back 2 slimming world and do zumba and swimming

I already started at the beginning of December. Been doing ok, alright Xmas Day I had all the usual, but that was just one day. I've also started walking 5 - 6 miles a day.

Not me for the first time in years I won't be dieting. But what I will be doing is embarking on a healthy eating & exercise routine

Yes:

Put all your dinner plates away (or even give them away) and use smaller plates. You'll still get a plateful and you'll still feel full after the meal - but you'll eat a lot less.

But then tha't going to have a rapid weight loss in about 7 months time :hihi:

I will be embarking on a programme of eating less and more nutritional foods, and exercising a lot more.

I've already cut down a lot of what I eat without deprivation and will be starting to move a lot more when I return to work.

I have a lot to lose and Rome wasn't built in a day.
