SONGS FOR WALTER - Rutland Arms, Sheffield - Sunday 14th May AFTERNOON

Recommended Posts

Macho Music Is Stupid presents a wistful afternoon of fully acoustic awesomeness.

SUNDAY 14th MAY 2017 (2pm til 6pm) FREE ENTRY but suggest donation.

Featuring:

SONGS FOR WALTER

Creator of the best album of 2016 (don't @ me) and back with a brilliant new single called "Earwigging", Laurie Hulme brings the folk pop genius of his Songs For Walter project to Sheffield. Expect catchy and gorgeous photo album pop songs about family, day trips, state surveillance and getting married while you have scabies (if he does that one).

One of my favourite discoveries of recent years" Tom Ravenscroft

PETE GREEN

Pete Green is a musician and poet who lives in Sheffield. His favourite things include coastlines, islands, cities, edgelands, walking, love, railways, football, rock and roll, whisky, underachievement, and getting lost. His ace second album "We're Never Going Home" came out last year and his first collection of poems is out soon.
