MrMoran   10 #13 Posted December 23, 2011 It's highly unlikely that these bombings were carried out by anyone other than the Syrian regime which has blamed Al Qaeda among others. It would seem that MrMoran has been brainwashed by Syria into believing that brainwashed others planted the bombs. The evidence points to the Assad regime itself.  Yup. Thats about what id expect. MrMoran   10 #14 Posted December 23, 2011 Of course your right, this has nothing to do with Islam. Or an Islamic jihad, nothing.  You're wasting your breath. Just smile at his posts and be glad you're not so myopic.
 Share this content via...
Harleyman   12 #15 Posted December 23, 2011 Hmm, and how will that work? Aid. Aid. Aid. From us to a Swiss bank account and bit to buy guns.  I dont see they need our aid. Saudi, Kuwait and the Emirates are loaded with moolah. Let them dole it out.
 Share this content via...
taxman   12 #16 Posted December 23, 2011 This is one situation the western powers need to stay out of. Let the Arab League and the Arabs themselved deal with it  We should have let them deal with Libya....it was on their urging that Western powers got involved, at significant cost, but it's not as if the Arab League states are short of a penny.....maybe they just don't like getting their hands dirty or shating in their own backyard. Especially when it's so much easier, and seemingly more fun, to blame "The West" for everything.
 Share this content via...

Now is the time for the Arabs to prove they can effectively deal with their own internal problems. They should have had some kind of Arab military/police force a long time ago which could have answered to the Arab League. Problem is however much of the squabbling is tribal and how does one deal with that?  Lawrence tried to almost a 100 years ago and look where it got him. Similar acts are being constantly being carried out throughout the world and guess who are the main perpetrators. ElasticMan   10 #21 Posted December 28, 2011 Of course your right, this has nothing to do with Islam. Or an Islamic jihad, nothing.  In this case its almost certainly the work of the Syrian security forces, who will use it as 'justification' for their continued assault on their own people.
