Book your place for a free taster class with Centre Director and senior teacher Frances Homewood at Sheffield Yoga Centre on Burgoyne Road, Walkley on Sunday 2 July, 11.30am - 12.30pm as part of Walkley Festival.  No need to bring anything as the Centre is fully equipped.  Iyengar yoga is well known for its use of props to achieve correct alignment.
