Frayava   10 #1 Posted July 19, 2014 On a birth cert I have some relatives who gave their place of residence as "Owlerton Feast Ground" and the surname of Chumley. I am guessing they were fairground people but can anyone enlighten me as to the background of Owlerton Feast Ground and/or the name Chumley?
