iansheff   88 #1 Posted October 25, 2016 Another two Championship managers sacked today, Wolves manager had only been there 87 days and Wigans manager who had been there 18 months. At the start of the season there were nine new managers in the Championship 5 have been sacked already. The new owners of Wolves have not really given him much time to turn their fortunes round, seems like if you don't start winning and get in the top 6 straight away you are out of a job. cressida   1,568 #2 Posted October 27, 2016 Would it be possible for a manager to insure himself against getting sacked before he takes on a new job?
 Share this content via...
Padders   2,865 #3 Posted October 28, 2016 he is insured..when he takes the job, they give him a contract say 1..2..maybe 3years.when they sack him they have to pay him for the remaining term of the contract..he simply takes the money and soon gets another job.just a merry go round, stupid is"nt it..some prem. managers have recieved payoffs totaling millions.
