Hi there everyone, Has anybody had dealings with the advertising team/s at the Sheffield Star? I have recently had a really unpleasant experience with them, as a small business we used them to advertise our business and the services that we offer. we were told that they are not the best to deal with but against our better judgement we went against the grain and tried their service out for quite a significant sum!! Not only have they been very slow in getting back to us (admitting that they made mistakes, they have decided to not give anything other then a derisory refund!! Has this happened to anyone else in the community?

We only deal with Michael Rhodes and have found him to be incredibly helpful so far. It's hard to say exactly what's happened in this instance but usually their service is very good.
