James001 Â Â 10 #1 Posted November 10, 2004 Hi, I have an interview at Fopp records (Division Street) this week, the manager asked on the phone what I would change at the store.. thought I'd ask if anyone has any ideas on this as the store is meant to be consumer / value driven, anyone have any thoughts on this? boyface   10 #2 Posted November 10, 2004 Dont have some of the vinyl priced at stupid prices, e.g. £17 etc....also change the records once in a while...they hardly ever update the selection.  Maybe a late night opening? Its just too rammed at lunchtime...  Bigger premises? Open upstairs?
 Share this content via...

ncrossland   10 #5 Posted November 11, 2004 - More space (its always crowded, and the shelves are too close together)  - Leave the CDs in the cases - most record shops just tag the products and have security barriers. Waiting for the assistant to find the CD slows things down when paying, and I prefer to have a sealed CD without fingerprints all over it.
