Snooker147   11 #1 Posted January 4, 2017 Hi I have a problem with with my Jam transit wireless bluetooth headphones I can connect the headphones to my phone but not my laptop .. anymore ..  I bought them about 6 months ago had no problems with them I lost the usb cable for them to charge them a few months ago so I haven't been using them wirelessy now I have found the cable charged them and can't connect them to my laptop tried them with my phone and the work on that... I have a Hp Envy which was also bought recently with windows 10 which I think did an update just before christmas if that makes any difference. Jerky   10 #2 Posted January 5, 2017 It could be that you need to update the headphone drivers.go to the makers website? Or if you do system restore on laptop , find the restore point before it updated. If they then work, your issue is outdated drivers.
