Mobile phones in prison

147 mobile phones and 98 sim cards have so far been found in doncaster prison

the ease with which criminals can still operate although locked up may be curtailed as new technology will eventually track down the illegal phones

It's quite bad that not only are they able to get mobile phones in to the prison, but the charger to go with it.

 

I've heard of someone who uses Facebook on their phone in prison. Making status updates about their daily prison.

they are not prisons anymore they are holiday camps ---sex drugs phones who do u blame ---i blame the wardens

I don't know why they don't just jam the signal in the prison area - problem sorted. :thumbsup:

 

Costs too much and some idiot will say it violates their human rights!

 

Isn't the thing about prison to take away your freedom? Not sure how using a mobile, updating Facebook, watching your favourite TV channels and playing pool is loosing freedom...
