Does anyone have a pinna piercing and a hearing aid?

I'd like a pinna piercing, but I don't want it to touch the back of my hearing aid, as it'd be picked up by the microphone and make a lot of noise. Has anyone got a pinna piercing and a hearing aid? Do they fit together alright?
