where can you go on holiday now that offers sunshine/hot weather ?

we loved turkey but not now with uprest.

Egypt not now.

Tunisia not now

Where can you go now that offers value for money?

Spain is so dear now to go!! prices being put up I expect.

I`m not remotely interested in uk before anyone recommends there.

greek islands, malta, Portugal.

I second Croatia and have been for the last three years.

We stay in a place outside Dubrovnik called 'Cavtat' which is lovely.

Dubrovnik itself is also stunning.

Have you been to Cavtat Croat77?

Yes, Cavtat is nice little city about 20 km from Dubrovnik.

Highly recommended to visit.

Also second (or third) Croatia. Have been to Dubrovnik, Pula and Zadar - all beautiful. Also the Plitvice Lakes are stunning.

Did you mean sunshine/hot weather right now? Or in the summer?

I've also been to Plitvice Lakes. Fantastic place!

Fuerteventura is great any time of year.

But it is becoming more popular as it becomes more well known.

I went there in 1969, it was fabulous. Split was were we ended our journey.

What it is like now I have no idea though.

Some friends have said that 'Sun' holidays are always good value, thinking about buying the Sun for the tokens.

My son has booked to go to Bulgaria in September, the weather should be good and it's working out to be gobsmackingly cheap. He's planning to divide his time between Plovdiv and Sofia but beach resorts are available.
