steph1986 Â Â 10 #1 Posted January 29, 2015 Hi, Â I have 13 years retail (im 29) and for the past year I have worked self employed trying to grow my own vintage business. Only thing is, I'm really a social being and I love customer contact. Â I would love to get involved with the retail nvqs I've seen many people do. I would like to become an assessor of retail nvqs in the work place. Â I don't have a retail nvq. Just lots of experience and great references and a cv. Â What steps do I have to take? I'm so keen to get ready! Can you work as a trainee assessor/ apprentice and still get paid? Â Any info will help. Â Thank you
 Share this content via...
Annie Bynnol   612 #2 Posted January 29, 2015 QCF(NVQ)assessor  You have the work experience but not the qualification. You can continue work and do the qualification at the same time. The qualification will probably cost you. You could search on the appropriate websites for companies that do in-house training.
