It's the dog kennels at Niagara.. Used to hear them every single morning when i lived down there.. sounds horrendous but i always assumed they were telling their keepers to hurry up with their breakfast..

Yep, it's the police dog kennels, heard it nearly every day since we moved to Middlewood in 95..

Have to agree - it is most definitely the kennels at Niagara. Where I work backs onto their kennels and they do make a right racket.
