Private Rented Properties - Sitwell Estate

Hi,

Im currently living in my own house but im thinking about seling it and moving into a rented cottage on the Sitwell Estate which belongs to Renishaw Hall, Has anyone got any experience or knowledge about what they are like as landlords? Do they rent their properties out long term? I dont want to move in and then be homeless in 6 months if they have other plans for the property!!

I am struggling to get them to commit to a long term tnenacy in the intrim but i do understand tht they may have as many reservations about me as i do about them.
