Well, it's easy to look at the surface and blame the Police. The Polices job is to do just that. Except they suffer from too many politicians poking their nose in, creating an abundance of red tape and regulations which must be adhered to.

I'd strongly recommend reporting it to Meadowhall. The fact that they are getting negative publicity on here should make them do all they can within their power and show that they aren't just a faceless corporation.
