Valentines Weekend Menu

£25.00 per Person

Friday 10th February – Tuesday 14th February 2017

 

Breaded Goats Cheese with sundried tomato chutney and rocket leaves

 

Moules Mariniere with white wine cream sauce and crusty bread

 

Asparagus Spears wrapped in parma ham, with poached egg and Hollandaise sauce

 

Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Soup, topped with crème fraiche, with a cheddar cheese toastie

 

Trio of Melon, with blackcurrant sorbet and mint glaze

Duo of Duck – Pan Seared Duck Breast, Duck Bonbon, with fondant potato and plum sauce

 

Poached Chicken Breast filled with smoked apple cheese, wrapped in bacon, with dauphinoise potatoes and roasted red pepper sauce

 

10oz Sirloin Steak with chunky chips, onion rings, confit of tomato, mushroom, garden peas and Diane sauce

 

Pan Fried Seabass with herb crushed new potatoes and lobster bisque

 

Broad Bean and Asparagus Risotto topped with crispy aubergine
