L00b   441 #13 Posted February 18, 2013 (edited) Fair do's stillonhere, and power to you for seeing this nightmare through  I had the misfortune of losing my brother in law unexpectedly year before last, who passed without a will and had just got put on his GF's mortgage, who then stood to lose her house to my nephews (strictly/legally speaking). Had to sort the mess, as none of the family was in any state to deal with it for a long time. All ended well, thankfully  Take-away point for the OP is, don't leave things in abeyance, as you just don't ever know what's around the corner - be as 'sorted' as you can be, and don't leave it to chance.
