angrymumtwo   10 #2 Posted March 14, 2017 I believe he can swap with any Housing Association or SCC, the SCC exchanges are managed by the Homeswapper website. It might be a bit quicker than just waiting for a swap to turn up. I would also ask SCC to consider rehousing on health grounds, although that could also take forever...
