I've used Taylor & Emmett for 3 house sales/purchases and have found them very good each time.

Make sure you get them to update you regularly and don't be afraid to ring them if they don't contact you.

Hi,

 

i need to change my title deeds from my name on to my wives.

 

i dont have a mortgage and the property is leasehold worth around £150k

 

can someone tell me if they can recommended anyone

The cost ought to be about £250 + VAT + £50 expenses at HMLR.

The entire exercise need take no longer than 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

However, beware of Insolvency Act 1986 consequences.
