Put down your pen; turn off your phone,

Try and locate that comfort zone,

Seek a place that only you can find,

Close your eyes open your mind,

In the background light music plays,

Gentle breeze the curtain sways,

Lay still let your body absorb the air,

Empty all your thoughts are you there,

Relaxation overcomes vexed,

Calmness takes over perplexed,

Dismiss all bad things you hate to face,

Be still be safe in this special space,

Isolated now but totally free,

In this place that only you can see,

Troubles become things of the past,

Enjoy each second whilst it last.
