Is it okay to have a fire in your garden

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have a neighbour which very frequently burns wood and leaves at the extreme corner of his/her garden. The problem is that the burning starts at different times of the day, and the smoke gets into any window open at that time.

If its just his own garden waste that he is burning, is it really that bad?

No, it is not bad per se. But it gets bad when the smoke gets in my bedroom.

It must be a big garden, surely he could burn it away from houses?
