Scrap metal collectors taking the micheal

I do think they could do more to make waste disposal easier.

I don't know about any other facilities, but the tip at Shirecliffe is just a joke: there is invariably a great long queue, and I've rarely seen any of the staff doing anything helpful like helping people to unload or intercepting recyclables... unless it is something they can sell, which I suspect is for personal gain rather that official.
