You're saying that Lime Street is more important than smaller stations used by fewer people.. Supertramp was saying the same thing about the London stations compared to Lime Street..

 

I see.

 

But let's get real, you wouldn't compares stations the size of chapeltown or dore with the big London stations, but as noted above, 15m use lime street - it's a significant sized station in a significant city.

 

It's just not in the south and therefore doesn't warrant the same attention.

It's a bit of a moot point now. Trains to be running tonight. Well done to the engineers who worked hard to get it up and running.

How many people use st Pancras, Kings Cross , Euston compared to Lime street?

Exactly. London is the capital like it or not.
