Brizzle City v Wednesday

Recommended Posts

On paper, only one winner tomorrow....but Bristol have to win at some point & lets hope it's not against Wednesday..

I'd be tempted to go with Hooper & Winnall up front...and with Hutchinson suspended ...it should give Jones another opportunity in midfield.

With a gap opening up in front of us and a group of teams closing in behind the top six, then a win is important tomorrow night...draws are no good at this stage.

Fingers crossed...

I find tomorrow night a must win to be honest - and we owe Bristol hugely for the pounding they gave us last season (4-1 flattered US!).

I do fear they will come out of the slump a'la how Johnson did it at Barnsley but hoping that will be against Rotherham at the weekend.

But we have to approach this right and I think we'll win - 2-0 for me.

4 points from the next two games is an absolute minimum, the closing pack are getting closer and one slip and your out of the top 6, last year down there was a disaster for many reasons, lets not be the ones to end their bad run.

Possible game for Abdi to shine?? I also think Jones will replace Hutch and a Winnall/Hooper front two with FF sitting in behind.

I,ll second what you say Top, certainly don,t need a repeat of last season.

Unbelievable fact but true.

Bristol city`s Tammy Abraha has scored 18 goals compared to FF 7.

Maybe he might be worth chasing instead of mighty Rhodes.

Except for the fact that he is Chelsea's Tammy Abraham.

He's a good player though.

Don't know if he plays everyweek but the majority of goals were early season and he's dried up a bit since, impressive haul though.

Yes a "should" win for you, but it's never easy. City are struggling no doubt and not sure if they have the worst form of late, so it's up to Wednesday to capitalise to pull away from Derby.

Your new striker has an opportunity to grab some goals in this.

Not easy, but I'll say a 0-3 win.

How do you arrive at that scoreline if it won't be easy Futures ?

If it was going to be easy . . . . suggest a score.

Are you a blue in disguise Futures ?

Haven't Bristol lost something like their last 8 games ? Both Sheffield clubs are good at bringing runs like that to an end.

Having said that, we should hopefully get something out of tonight.

If it was easy, you'd be winning by 5,6 goals as opposed to 3. Hence it's not as easy, but with your players and their form. 3-0 is not only realistic but an expectation.

Just seen on the BBC link to tonight's match Gary Hooper is doubtful after he picked up a knock while playing for the Owls' development side.
