Sacked for no reason

My friend and her boyfriend and other staff have been sacked for no reason I cant go into more detail otherwise it will be taken of but pm me and I can explain but need advice so I can give to my friend etc but we are so angry.

The first thing to look at when considering your rights, is how long you have been in their employment.

 

Do they have written contracts?

Can you provide outline information

- how long they worked there

- what was the reason given for dismissal

- were they sacked on the spot or was a process followed

 

It can be complex but you can give information without naming the company or individuals and it can be educational for other forum users.

Are you sure they have been sacked and not been made redundant instead?
