floyd77 Â Â 10 #1 Posted July 26, 2017 Is this possible? Â Scenario: My son has been using my profile rather than his (long story) to play his favourite game, and amassed a load of achievements and in-game extras. He doesn't want to have to do it all again / I don't want to pay to get everything for him under his own profile. Â I don't want to just give him my profile and rename it for the same reason that I'd lose all my stuff. We have two Xbones, so it's only really a problem when we want to play at the same time - surprising how often that is during the holidays!! Â Anything I can do, or is it just a lesson learned? Guest   #2 Posted July 26, 2017 (edited) Unfortunately, no. Saves are tied to your gamertag. That means, you can transfer file saves but you can only access them under the same gamertag. There was a way on x360, but on Xbox one it is not possible.  And that sucks. On ps2 you could just bring your memory card to a friend in your pocket. That was 15 years ago.  Microsoft will never officially allow feature like this, to prevent cheating and/or exploits (pirating games) With that feature enabled, Xbox one protection would be gone via save game exploits like virginity on wedding night.
