johnsbucket 10 #1 Posted September 13, 2015 (edited) Don’t do Bran Flakes, Muesli or Grapefruit, No much prefer to take that fry up route, Quite simply chopped tomatoes from out of a tin, In another pan it will have sliced mushrooms in, Sausages, black pudding, the latter a must, Anything other would be unjust, In the frying pan four rashers of bacon sizzling away, Then comes the biggest decision of the day, Fried or Scrambled? What will it be? Today it is going to be scrambled for me, Into a basin I crack a couple of eggs, Place in the toaster two slices of that Warburton’s bread, Brown sauce ready, salt n pepper waiting, This breakfast tis now ready for plating, Some butter perhaps for the lightly browned toast, Mug of tea, preferred to that coffee roast, Great British Fry up the perfect start, Lines that stomach and warms the heart.
