Correct me if I am wrong but where exactly in my post did I mention mid table mediocrity? No I though not. We did indeed experience the premiership, play off finals etc. Better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. I reckon those cuckoos are nesting more in S6.

They might as well, seeing as so many owls have flown the S6 nest looking at yesterdays crowd.

Yes, I fall on my sword, with our 9 consecutive seasons in the top level of English football. We loved and we lost, but we loved for a bloody sight longer than you lot.

Now be a good lad, and go and feed your cuckoo.

Thats right alex, seems someone left the pen, i mean cage open. But lets not forget they did have nine consecutive seasons in the top flight of English football. So long ago I suppose the waning interest is understandable. Anyway back to the thread title before I get told off. No I dont think Blackwell should go Monday if we fail to get a result. Im not his biggest fan but we have to remind ourselves that were in November and not January. The road is long and all that. I think we have enough in the tank, when a few key players are fit again, to get us out of this bad run.

Could be seen as better than the relegation puckering of the ring piece the swine suffer at the end of every season.

He put your season back together last year, I don't think that he's the sharpest tool in the box, but credit where credit is due.

He has Speed looking over his shoulder, but that's football these days. Utd are a possibility for a top six position, but I also as think that they will look at this season as a respite/rebuild opportunity.

I'm half watching the Hull v Stoke game at the moment, and see Utd as being similar to both clubs. We are not even in the frame, but daft as it sounds, we could end up being higher placed than you lot at the final countdown.

I think we need to hang on in there for just a bit longer and if no better after a few weeks (once more players come back from injury) then I think a decision needs to be made. Don't get me wrong I am a Blackwell supporter. But we can't keep on losing games like we are. I feel if we lose to Barnsley then he maybe in trouble.

I felt as though we played well against Newcastle but we are just not having the luck right now. It will turn its way round eventually (pleeeeeeeeeeaseeeeeeee god I hope so)

But someone has to take responsibility and I'm affraid that ultimately is Blackwell (although I do believe some players have let him down by deciding not to play the game they get payed for)

Trevor Francis was sacked after we came 13th in the Premiership. Chairmen have a habit of taking the credit when things go right, and sacking the manager when they go wrong. How we would love a 13th place Premiership finish Mr Richards?

12th place last season, was hardly 'relegation puckering of the ring piece'.

Anyway, we regularly get good end of season entertainment from you lot, what with bottling three play off finals and losing a match against Wigan that would have kept Utd in the Premiership.

Chucking the insults out are you, brain box? You have immediately lost your argument, by acting like a child. And when it comes down to being 'feeble minded' have a look in the mirror pal, yes you will spot one.

Please, pretty please, if you want a battle of wits, at least bring some ammunition to the table, alex, BB, CB, Earwiggo and arm chair dog, you are not even in the frame. If you need any of the bigger words translating, don't be afraid to ask.

Wouldn't it be novel for your own team to give you end of season entertainment instead of calling it a day after the second derby?
Maybe the timing of this years derby at hillsborough is a god send for the wednesday fans who called it a day not long into the new year last season.

I think the amount of managers you sacked and went through before Laws contributed vastly to your demise.

How can applying an attribute which so aptly fits your good self be considered an insult. More a statement of fact, wouldn't you agree.

I would also not consider myself to be your 'pal' either as I clearly have never met you and have not entered into any relationship that could be socially construed as friendship vis-a-vie becoming your 'pal'.

As for your very kind offer of translation services, I thank you. If ever I need an alternative word for inadequate I'm sure you have an abundance to hand.

Oh, opinion, opinion, opinion, so if it makes you feel better, I am a remidial waste of space, who is unable to match your far superior repertoire of classic quotes. I bow to your self appointed superiority, but if you still have problems with the big words, don't hesitate to ask.

It never fails, does it. Morons who try to be clever should run their contributions through a spell checker before hitting the 'submit' button.

Yes you are a 'remidial' waste of space.
