Now that we know what the top dogs are being paid at the BBC, perhaps we should all publish our earnings?

No one is saying the earnings details should be private, although the BBC did try that, in order not keep the information secret.

Its always someone else, that should do it; lets publish everyones tax return.

Hardly, unless you either tell us or we make an assumption that you have no private pension, which is only true for 20% of >65s today.
